Our focus is on making these connections both easy and reliable. Below, you'll find an overview of our key strengths and the various ways UniWin integrates with and optimizes the usage of connected devices.

Effortless Integration

The configuration-toolbox of UniWin® allows for easy connection to a variety of devices, such as scales, traffic-lights, barriers, gates, camera's and many more.

Device Connections

For each end-user, you get only the device connections you need. Even if a specific connection isn’t in our extensive library, we can easily integrate new devices.

Centralized Control

Due to UniWin® full client/server setup, we manage to control all devices from ONE UniWin instance, which makes it easy to support the UniWin system.

Future Adaptability

Understanding the importance of device connectivity, we use the latest techniques to connect industrial hardware while ensuring robust stability.

I/O Devices

Many devices around a weighbridge are commonly referred to as IO-devices. These include traffic lights, barriers, and position-detection sensors, as well as PLCs used to load or unload products from or into trucks, barges, and railcars. These devices can be connected to UniWin® using digital IO-modules, serial connections, OPC connections, and/or data interfaces.

To date, the most commonly used are digital IO-modules. When we have the opportunity to integrate UniWin® into an existing infrastructure, our first priority is always to work with the existing hardware.
